  I thought the place was great for my needs. The design is clean and modern looking with granite counters. I liked that the unit was mostly without carpet. The staff were easy to work with and approachable. Maintenance guys are fast and friendly. 4 stars for me because of the high price (disclaimer-I was on a short term lease) and the major need for sodding in front of my building as well as others. With all the rain the mud was really difficult to contain.

  Living here was OK. Dealing with management (First Pointe Management Group) and the owners (Ezralow Properties + Gala Construction) was an absolute nightmare. Expect maintenance issues to go months without being meaningfully addressed (despite both verbal and written notification being sent on multiple occasions). Expect the rent to increase 10-30% at lease end, depending on how long you renew for.
  
  At least the maintenance staff are friendly and the office staff well-intentioned. However, that does not make up for construction being totally mismanaged, and the ownership taking virtually no responsibility for the bungled work, missed schedules, lack of proper notices given before outages, and overall bad management.
