  Molland Law and Michael Molland in particular, prepared and tried a case for our businesses. He also conducted an intense and difficult investigation for the businesses. He is a skilled litigator and his discovery technique is unmatched. Coming from someone who is not a good deponent, I have personal experience with his skill in preparing me and others and his great use of the sword and the shield in the depositions. He is a good strategist. His paralegal Sue did a great job with organizing our documents which were voluminous, and keeping us on track during the trial. It was a very difficult time and the result was great. He tells you like it is -- and is not afraid to take on the most difficult problems.
