  My experience with Yosef can easily be described in one word: “Awesome" with an exclamation point! I own several investment properties throughout California and Yosef and his team were able to explain all my refinance options to me. He was able to effectively explain and detail out each loan program in plain terms. He even provided an easy to understand cost-benefit analysis. He knows what he is talking about, quoted me a very competitive rate, and was very professional at the same time. He is also very responsive and easy to get in touch with, which made the entire process smooth and easy. I will definitely be sending all my future real estate mortgage business to him and his team and hope you do as well!

  I've had an awesome experience working with Yosef on my home purchase! Yosef was the most responsive, patient, hardworking, and knowledgeable lender, making the entire process fantastic and straightforward. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions and he was really great at answering all of them.
  
  Also, a huge plus....he always returns my phone calls and emails quickly even after typical business hours! This is very important as I can't always answer my phone during the day. He has some of the lowest rates out there that will save me thousands over the life of the loan, and he continually provides excellent advice. He even provided me with a comparative loan analysis to make sure I was getting the right loan for my needs, something I thought was very helpful.
